1Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayy9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jayy9 online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality available at jayy9.app and any associated subdomains or applications.

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the jayy9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one exists.

jayy9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on jayy9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jayy9 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request proof of age documentation during the account verification process.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own identity, payment methods, and funds. Registering an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must hold only one active jayy9 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or other legal restriction that prohibits or limits your ability to participate in online gaming activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your account lifetime. jayy9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of features available on jayy9 — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and live casino participation — you are required to register a verified account. The registration process requires the following:

• A valid mobile phone number linked to a Bangladeshi mobile operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh). This number will serve as your primary account identifier.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• A valid email address for account communications, security alerts, and promotional notifications. You may opt out of promotional notifications at any time from your account settings.
• Accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. This information is required for identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention purposes.
• Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

jayy9 conducts identity verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: National ID Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a utility bill dated within the last three months showing your registered address. jayy9 reserves the right to suspend account functionality pending verification and to permanently close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

jayy9 supports a range of local payment methods designed to facilitate fast, secure, and fee-free transactions for players in Bangladesh. The following payment terms apply to all transactions processed through the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the account's current verification status. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jayy9 account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. jayy9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the player's own name, or payment methods not previously used to fund the account.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayy9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's own responsibility.
• jayy9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your mobile operator or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of jayy9. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement on any active bonuses. A withdrawal requested while a bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds. Wagered winnings from real-money play are not affected.

jayy9 conducts transaction monitoring as part of its fraud prevention and AML compliance obligations. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an enhanced verification request. jayy9 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any enhanced verification process. Players will be informed of any such request via their registered contact details.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jayy9 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts, referral abuse, or other methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in the bonus offer communication. Typical wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account. Real-money funds are always used first in any wagering transaction. Bonus funds become active only after the real-money balance in the relevant wallet is exhausted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific terms of each offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be automatically removed from the account. The expiry clock begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• jayy9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured. Bonuses that are found to have been claimed in breach of these Terms will be voided without compensation.

jayy9 does not offer cashback, reload bonuses, or free spins unless explicitly advertised in a current promotion. Players should not assume that any bonus structure observed during a prior visit to the platform will remain available during subsequent visits. All promotion details are subject to change without notice.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the jayy9 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• All bets placed on the jayy9 platform are final once confirmed. jayy9 does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of demonstrable technical error attributable to the platform. Player error — including misreading of odds, incorrect stake entry, or mistaken game selection — does not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by game type, provider, and the player's current account tier. jayy9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet — including server disconnection, software error, or provider-side outage — jayy9 will apply the following resolution procedure: if the game round can be reconstructed from server logs, the round will be settled accordingly; if the outcome cannot be determined, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments operated by the platform's game providers. jayy9 does not control or influence live casino outcomes. All disputes regarding live casino results must be directed to jayy9 support, which will liaise with the relevant game provider on the player's behalf.
• Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is calculated server-side before the round begins and can be verified by players after the round concludes using the published seed verification method. Attempting to predict or manipulate crash game outcomes through external software constitutes a violation of these Terms.

jayy9 reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any winnings where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in connection with a systems error producing incorrect odds, a data feed error displaying inaccurate event information, or any form of coordinated exploitation of a platform error. Players who identify a platform error are obligated to report it to jayy9 support immediately rather than exploit it.

7Responsible Gaming

jayy9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools to all registered players as standard account features:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will display a session summary and prompt the player to confirm whether they wish to continue. This feature is designed to encourage awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Temporary time-out: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the player's account will be locked for all gaming and betting activity. Deposits will not be accepted during a time-out. The time-out cannot be reversed once activated.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account and exclude themselves from jayy9 indefinitely may do so by contacting support. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of the standard identity verification process.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jayy9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances in confirmed cases of violation:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including chargebacks initiated without a legitimate dispute basis, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, and submission of falsified verification documents.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing account access to exploit bonus offers, or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of the game result.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other tools designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the jayy9 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. jayy9 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code, algorithms, or technical infrastructure of the jayy9 platform through any means not explicitly authorised in writing by jayy9.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at jayy9 staff, live casino dealers, or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or in-game chat features.

jayy9 reserves the right to investigate any account or activity it reasonably suspects of violating these prohibited conduct provisions. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and associated funds held pending the outcome. Where a violation is confirmed, jayy9 will take appropriate action including permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

9Account Suspension and Closure

jayy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, in addition to those described elsewhere in these Terms:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policy published on the jayy9 platform.
• jayy9 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or the direction of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player has requested permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings or via a formal written request to jayy9 support.

Where an account is closed by jayy9 for reasons other than a Terms violation or fraud finding, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation or fraud finding, jayy9 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

10Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data, and other materials available on the jayy9 platform are the exclusive property of jayy9 or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the jayy9 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior express written permission of jayy9.

By submitting any content to jayy9 — including support messages, feedback, reviews, or any other user-generated material — you grant jayy9 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for internal operational and quality improvement purposes. jayy9 will not sell user-generated content to third parties.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayy9's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their jayy9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jayy9 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, including any winnings that a player claims would have been achieved but for a platform error or service interruption.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from server failure, cyberattack, or other events beyond jayy9's reasonable control, provided that jayy9 maintains reasonable data backup and recovery procedures.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from any cause, including platform unavailability, delayed withdrawal processing, or any reliance placed by the player on information published on the jayy9 platform.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to the player's account by a third party where such access was enabled by the player's own failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jayy9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

jayy9 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at jayy9.app/privacy-policy.

jayy9 implements SSL encryption on all data transmissions between players and the platform. Player financial data — including payment method details and transaction records — is stored in encrypted form and is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

13Amendments to These Terms

jayy9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect a player's rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — jayy9 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the player's account before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, and updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed in the document header. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
